100% Girl

A colleague and his wife recently adopted their second Chinese girl. I made this booklet for the rest of us to write a wish in and will be giving it to my colleague as soon as he's back at work. I just adore the Mo Manning digi stamp of the Chinese girl, and you can never have enough pink, right? ;o)

I have since added the adoption date underneath her name.

Card Ingredients:
Stamp: Mo Manning digital stamp
Paper: Bazzill Basics cardstock pink, white
Embellishments: Bazzill Basics stickers; Zva Creative pearl swirls and pearls; Karen Foster scrapper´s floss; ribbon
Tools: My Favorite Things Dienamics grass, banners, photo corners, flowers & leaves, butterflies; QuicKutz alphabets; Magnolia Doohickey fence; ProvoCraft embossing folders
Copics: E55, E53, E51, E93 (skin, cheeks)
R85, R83, R81 (pinks)

Hi there peeps, hope you enjoyed our hop yesterday, isn't the new release FANTASTIC?!?! If you haven't hopped along yet, you can find all the info in the post below this one. There's a chance to win a surprise Sassy stamp from the new release and also, Mark over at FUNKY KITS has a special price for the whole set, only for this weekend though, so hurry!

Today I'm showing you a stair step card, it's almost an exact replica of a card I did for Cards Only, a Dutch magazine, but I loved it so much that I wanted to make another one...silly isn't it, how sometimes you can fall in love with your own cards ;o)

I have used only cardstock to make this card, kind of making me wonder why I have stacks and stacks of design papers in my craft room when this will do just as well...ah well, we like all things pretty don't we ;o). The wonderful Butterfly Girl stamp from the new release goes really well with the cardstock butterflies, and of course it had to be a pink card with such a girly stamp ;o)

Card Ingredients:

Stamps: Simply Sassy "Butterfly Girl"; sentiment by Whiff of Joy
Paper: Bazzill Basics cardstock pink
Embellishments: Kars adhesive pearls
Tools: Cuttlebug embossing folders; My Favorite Things Die-namics Fresh Cut Grass, Butterflies; Magnolia Doohickeys Foliage; Spellbinders Nestabilities Labels Eighteen; EK Success Retro Flower punch small; Martha Stewart Picket Fence punch; QuicKutz Antique Flourishes die

Well that's all from me for now, I'm off to enjoy some sunshine! Oh wait...it's raining again, guess I'll go craft some more ;o).
Thanks for stopping by, have a great day!
